According to an April 1, 2004 Official U.S. Playstation Magazine article, "The Power of X," Gillian Anderson's dialogue was recorded separately from David Duchovny's.

Thomas "Tom" Schnauz, who wrote the script and dialogue for the game, was also a writer for the series and "The Lone Gunmen."

An Xbox version was planned for Resist or Serve but was cancelled. No reason was given by Vivendi representatives.
