Hail to the Icons Parody Pack is the first add-on for Duke Nukem Forever. It contains three new game modes (Freeze Tag, Hot Potato, and Hail to the King), four new multiplayer maps (Call of Duke, Sandpit, Inferno, and 2Forts1Bridge) and new weapons (including the N00b T00b, sticky bombs, and a minigun).

Features of the new game modes:
  • Freeze Tag: players need to work together to freeze and then shatter their enemies in succession for point streaks and special combos.
  • Hot Potato: the player who can hold on to the babe the longest wins.
  • Hail to the King: classic free-for-all mode done Duke style.
The DLC was free to the members of the Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club who joined prior to the game's launch.
