Occasionally during an armored car robbery, one of the security guards who is tied up will utter: "If I could just reach... my utility belt". This of course is another reference to superheroes and secret identities.

Included in the geography is "Ground Zero" where the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center used to be, wait for night and two columns of light can be seen where they were.

Occasionally, an enemy will say, "Look out! Here comes the Spider-Man!" That line is a lyric from the '60s Spider-Man theme song.

The Windows version, developed by The Fizz Factor is not a port, but very different from its console counterparts. You cannot swing freely as you are restricted to specific swing targets which limit your movement drastically. Also, the action itself has been numbed down with simplified gameplay.
