Avoiding Winx Club: Join the Club will save players their time, their money, their energy. This should only be attracting to the fans of the television series that devote every Saturday morning to watching the show.
Unless your young child is really into the Winx Club I would stay away from this game. The game is targeted toward youth and is not exactly the most interesting of platformers. The memory games are fairly decent but getting to them will tax your patience not to mention that of a ten year old. Winx Club: Join the Club is a bad game and really not worth your time to look at much less subject your child to.
Winx Club: Join the Club is a poor collection of simplistic mini-games with terrible load times. Fans will find clips and such from the show, but they're much better off with a DVD set of said cartoon.
Game industry News (GiN)
The absolute deal breaker is the games incredibly excessive load time problem. There’s no way anyone is going to be joining this club any time soon with load times like that. A very merciful single GiN gem is all I can give this little UMD of horrors. Moms and Dads, if you have even an ounce of love for your kids, please don’t buy them this game to prove your love, else you might find yourself in a very lonely club of your own.
For the sake of argument, even if you had a PSP and a youngster to play this game, it doesn't make much sense to buy it when Konami has released plenty of other Winx Club games on more suitable platforms like the Nintendo DS. Add to that ridiculously long load times at every turn and it's a real deal breaker across the board. Winx Club Join the Club is a game you should simply avoid.
