Reel in the big one!
Load up the tackle box and head for the boat. If you're looking to kill a little time while waiting for the fish to bite, take your Game Boy Advance with you. You're bound to get some bites on Rapala Pro Fishing.
Features
- Saves three games
- Unlockable lakes
- Goal-based challenge mode
Rapala Pro Fishing gives you a chance to escape to the lake when you're stuck inside. Grab your rod and reel in a big one using the Quick Fish mode or sit down for an afternoon of casting in the Challenge mode.
Each lake in Challenge mode has three scenarios for you to pass. Once you've completed those three scenarios, the game unlocks another lake for you. The new lake has a different variety of fish and a different set of challenges for you to complete. Once you unlock a lake, the lake becomes available in Quick Fish mode.
Steer your boat to the part of the lake where the fishing is good, attach a tasty lure to your line and press the A Button to cast. Your lure sinks to the bottom. If you press Up on the Control Pad, your lure will dance a bit to try to entice the fish. By alternating the L and R Buttons, you reel your lure (and the fish that took the bait) back to your boat.
The fish aren't going down that easy, though. They'll swim in the opposite direction of your boat. If this creates too much tension on the line, your line will snap and the fish gets away. Know when you take it easy and when to reel hard to get the fish into your boat.
Bottom Line
Rapala Pro Fishing can help you snag a fishing fix.
