The Residents' Bad Day on the Midway

Jocko goes to Ike's workshop and learns of the missing tape that has footage of the "incident." Lottie dies of plague. Jocko finds Ted watching the tape in the back of Lottie's area. Ted freezes Jocko with the dart when Jocko pulls a knife. Ted freaks out when he sees Oscar the Racing Rat, falls on the knife. Jocko takes tape but sees it's a duplicate. Gets arrested outside Midway.
