In the third part of the Case File Series Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and Fred move to Hollywood to appear in a movie based on their adventures. The story starts when the Headless Stuntman scares away all the actors of the Grizzly Studios threatening the creation of the hit production.

The action is performed with a mouse and keyboard in the case of some selected mini games. At the bottom of the screen is the Mystery Machine menu with the action icons: Scooby Snacks for bribing Scooby and Shaggy when they're acting cowardly, a door icon for exiting the game, a map showing all locations, a clues collection on parts of the movie tape, a case book with all founded data inside and a fingerprint to collect useful items.

The task requires collecting clues and solving puzzles. Each solved puzzle mini game puzzle is rewarded with a clue item that may be attached to the suspects in the case book. The mini games include rigging chase, getting more Scooby Snacks in the cinema, building a safe motorway on the obstacle course in order to save Daphne, finishing movie plan decoration and escaping on the trolley from garden labyrinth.

As a special bonus the game features printable activity patterns, acquired after proper follow of the sound pattern.
