    Details

Spanning a historically accurate four-year timeline covering some of the Allies' lowest points of the Second World War, SWON puts you in the pilot seat for some of the most infamous air battles of the time. You can help stem the German advance as you take part in air-to-air and air-to-ground battles over the Dunkirk Evacuations, and as part of the Battle of Britain, the Battle of Midway and the D-Day Invasion. Over 20 realistic fighters and bombers are at your disposal as you progress through the game and the action is fast and furious - as you'd expect from the people behind the acclaimed X-Wing and TIE fighter games on PC. Players of all ability levels will get to grips with the pick-up and play controls instantly and soon be racking up "Kills" like a real Ace.
