Summary

One of a kind surreal action shooting adventure

The Good

This is one of those games that is so different from others that you have to have it. It goes from peaceful and serene to some intense action.

The Bad

Some of the level objectives are extremely obscure until you try a few things. And I always forget to write down the password that allows you to skip levels.

It is also impossible to tell how much a hit will damage you or how much health remains.

The Bottom Line

Start with a side scrolling shooter where your ship has the ability to find power-ups to switch to several different weapons. Change your movement to be able to go in any direction with boundaries. Now change your ship into a hummingbird and your enemies into bugs. Imagine multi-layered backgrounds allowing you up into the trees and down into caves. Put some yoga type meditation music in the background. And there you have Kolibri.
