Sexy Poker 2004 is the first strip poker game in Gameloft's Sexy Poker series. You can play three games - regular poker, blackjack and video poker - against six girls. Unlike the sequel, Sexy Poker 2006, all game modes and girls are available right away. Progress is measured by the amount of cash acquired. By betting and raising the stakes or pot, you can make the girls exchange a piece of clothing for additional cash. Although the game is shown through a first-person view, you can also bet your own clothes when you are almost bankrupt, but if you fail again it is a long way home naked.

A different difficulty level has been assigned to each girl, and they also have a specific playing style, visible through their ways of bluffing, folding and raising bets. Girls are revealed completely, except for one specific, blurred-out area. After winning the game, you can choose to keep playing for a high score. Defeated girls are shown in the gallery where you go through the dressing and undressing process with a few button taps.
