The game includes over 125 new items, 5 new career tracks, offering 50 new jobs, and new characters such as, The Grim Reaper, Tragic Clown, Genie in a bottle, and Servo the Robot.

With the expansion pak comes the Neighborhood screen, which allows you to choose from 5 different neighborhoods, and up to 50 families in total (that's 40 more then the original Sims)
