This game can be a bit fun, especially the “chicken” variation; for only one player, though, all you can do is practice your landings, I suppose, which is why my score for this isn’t sky high (har, pardon the pun), since it’s pretty much a two player game. At least it isn’t super rare or expensive though, so I’d see about picking up a copy if you find it somewhere for a bit of a different gaming experience. After all, there’s no shooting, dot munching, racing, or explosions in this one.

Obviously Sky Diver is designed for head-to-head match-ups, but single player can still play for score. Deceptively plain looking, it's easy to write off Sky Diver, but I recommend you give it a try.

Like I said, this is kind of hard to review, since I don't have a lot of games from the same year (1978) to compare it to to decide on how to rate the graphics (which, even back then, probably only looked ok), sound (not much going on there either) and controls (however, since, even being nearly 30 years old, the controls still worked decently, so those get high marks).
