As it is, World Class provides a neat head-to-head challenge (in one-player mode, the computer tends to get away with cheap shots at your expense) - worth the purchase for both hardcore fans of the black-and-white and turf-chomping novices alike.

If you're in the market for thrilling SNES soccer, look elsewhere. Despite World Class's few good points, the bottom line is the FunFactor and that's where this cart trips up.
