Insgesamt ist Metal Marines ein sehr schweres, aber gleichzeitig auch unterhaltsames Strategiespiel, das auf dem SNES zu den besten seiner Art gehört und auch einen recht langen Unterhaltungswert bietet. Die späteren Maps muss man schon ein paar mal neustarten.
