Game Players
This game is da bomb! It's EA's most realistic sports game - ever! Player animations, sound and graphics (the shadow of the basket, and the defensive stance of the players) are much better than in any previous b-ball titles.
GameFan Magazine
It doesn't happens very often, but occasionally a game developer or publisher puts all of the pieces together and creates a game without peer. A game that is some seamless and without perceptible flaw that the controller feels like it is an extension of your body and that play becomes effortless to the point where you question whether you are living the experience or merely involved in playing within it.

Take heart, hoop fans. You sport has been represented in a video game like no other. NBA Live '95 captures the look, attitude and strategy of professional roundball and in truest NBA tradition, I must say, 'I love this game!'
All Game Guide
A create-player option would have been nice too. Yet NBA Live 95 is such a fantastic playing game that these criticisms seem like nit-picking. It is simply one of the elite sports games available for the Super Nintendo. Hoopsters rejoice!
Video Games & Computer Entertainment
Simply put, NBA Live '95 rocks the SNES with it's combination of awesome graphics, killer music, fast gameplay and incredible wealth of options. If you want true 5-on-5 action, nothing jams better than NBA Live!
GamePro (US)
With these added features, EA Sports has created another sharp-looking, fast-playing realistic hoops cart that's a must for any sports library.
Mega Fun
