Description

Revolution X is about the ol' Rock & Roll.

There is an evil nation putting the youth down and banning our beloved rock music. Who you gonna call? Aerosmith! With the help of Aerosmith, the player must shoot his/her way through enemy infested levels, (light) guns blazing, collecting power-ups and releasing hostages.

Almost all of the graphics are digitized and Aerosmith themselves are too! There are also lots of fmv videos.

Trivia

Music is the Weapon!

Revolution X's main gimmick was that the game was endorsed by Rock'n Roll megaband Aerosmith, who appeared in the game (fully digitized a la T2: The Arcade Game) as the "mentors" that guided your revolutionary character in his quest to overthrown the music-banning dictatorship the world was under. Uhhh yeah, right... Drugs, 70's, alcoholism, lousy games... You've got to give it to those guys... They really did survive through everything!
