GREAT GAME!
The Good
Super bomberman 2 is a great multiplayer game. If you can get your hands on a super multi-tap and 3 other friends you will get everything out of this game possible. The battle mode in the game is a lot of fun. Basically you all start in your own corner of a square arena. You all lay bombs near a block and run away from it so you don't blow yourself up. Some blocks don't explode and believe me that's for a good reason. As all of the players blow their way towards each other it becomes challenging to lay bombs to blow up other players while avoiding theirs. Using the unexploding blocks as shelter is critical. What really makes this game interesting is all the power-ups and viruses. As you blow up blocks they sometimes reveal a power-up or a virus. Like gloves(allow you to pick up and throw your bombs), bombs(allow you to lay 1 additional bomb), multiple bombs(allows you to drop all your bombs at once), roller skates(allows you to run faster), Flame face (makes your explosions bigger), Blue bomb(makes your bombs bouncy), Kick bomb(allows you to kick bombs across the screen), Yellow flame face(gives you a maximum explosion), Power bombs(allows you to lay a powerful bomb). The viruses are brought upon you if you walk through the virus icon. There are many of these, i.e speed, slow, invisible and more. Anyways last opponent standing wins.
The Bad
A.I. was a little weak so make sure if your playing with the computer you crank them up to level 9.
