The followup to Time Trap once more features intergalactic adventurer "Zed Zed" on a quest to pick up things — in this case, it's a myriad of parts of a super weapon spread out on nine different planets. This time around, though, the game is actually scrolling instead of using a flick-screen mechanism. Using a gate on each planet, Zed may travel at leisure between them. Just as there is a myriad of parts to pick up, there is a myriad of enemies moving around on-screen and loads of challenging leaps to be made, making this possibly even more difficult than its predecessor.

Space Trap was to be followed by the third and final part in the Zed Zed saga, called Zed Zed's Revenge. With the Einstein platform never making it big, this game never made it and Zed Zed's saga went unconcluded.
