If you die with no more lives and you are back at title screen hold down a and press start to arrive at the stage you died at, for instance, you loose last life on world 8-2, and you do this, you will arrive on world 8-1 when beginning. on if you die on 8-3, or 8-1 or even 8-4 (final) you will still arrive on 8-1
