Enemies can walk on the middle of the screen but also on the foreground. Shoot them before they shoot you.

The game has 5 different types of environments, all mixable providing a good variety.

Do not shoot the skull, it would kill the enemies on screen but would injure you too. Check your life bar. If it falls to 0, you are dead.
