Tower Bloxx Deluxe 3D offers hours of entertainment with few complaints. Seeing hot-air balloons in the background was a treat, too. We never thought stacking blocks could be so fun.

Tower Bloxx Deluxe is a great addition to the App Store. I wish it was there at launch! The game perfectly blends action-based puzzling with strategy to make a very compelling play that gamers of all stripes will love. If you've already played Tower Bloxx to death elsewhere, the value here may be suspect. But if you are a newcomer, there is no reason not to download the game.

3D Tower Bloxx Deluxe uses several unique details that help sell the simple concept, like the ability to build well into outer space in free-play mode and tenants parachuting in during construction. The pushy mayor who urges you to maximize your city space isn't your biggest motivation for playing through the game -- instead, it's the compulsion to raise a massive score when you only have a free minute or two to invest. This one-thumb game deserves two thumbs up.

This is one game that I couldn’t put down. Personally, I enjoyed everything about this game. I was sold after the first level. Plus, astronauts floating through space as you reach the higher levels of skyscraperdom is pretty cool. The price, $2.99, is actually not bad for this game. There is a lite version that you can check out beforehand if you don’t feel like taking my word for it. But, I warn you, the lite version will just leave you wanting more.

In the end, having had no real expectations, I won’t say I was thoroughly disappointed, but I would recommend trying Tower Bloxx Deluxe 3D Free before buying the full version so you know exactly what you’re in for.

A game for those looking for a quick diversion. The gameplay is fun and the strategy of planning your city can keep you playing long after the thrill of tower construction has worn off.
