Comme la plupart des jeux sur PC Engine, Rabio Lepus bénéficie d'une excellente réalisation. Les graphismes sont super mignons, les anide difficulté, sans être aussi dingue que celui de Darius Plus, est assez élevé. Il y a des crises de nerfs dans l'air.
