As usual, the real TV intro is used in the game.
Players can be edited to resemble (both physically and technically) their real counterparts.
There's footage to be unlocked.
Practice plays a key part in learning offensive plays.
Replays allow to follow action as close as a player.
The player can change the number of players on each position, but also set roles such as holding midfielders or target forwards.
The new free kick system. It's possible to kick at goal (using a golf-style press-hold-release system), or aim the ball to a forward.
Corners work in the same way.
While it's too dark for a midday match, the rain looks fine.
A yellow card. In-game graphics were taken from real broadcasts.
Like in the previous games, the camera can be fine-tuned.
Cup modes. Leagues and Tournaments also feature competitions by decade.
Setting up a Champions League. You can use the real groups, or randomize them at will.
