Soon after the release, all copies of the UK version of the game were recalled. One of the dialogues contains the lines “Magikoopa magic! Turn the train spastic Make this ticket tragic!” In British English, the word spastic refers to someone with physical and mental disabilities, and is considered politically incorrect. Just one month before, Ubisoft had the PSP game Mind Quiz pulled from the shelves because of the same word.
If you look at the release information, you're notice that the original UK release date is later than the other European release dates. The reason for this is that the UK release had a problem during production. This happened before the game was recalled in the UK on 13 July 2007.
