Description
- Prologue -
Special forces S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team's helicopter had malfunction and crashed during their mission and since, there were no contacts with them. This and what happens to them is fully embraced in the story of Resident Evil Zero. Now, S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team is on a mission to investigate series of murders and are flying over Raccoon forest. Spotting the Bravo team's helicopter, or what's left of it, they land nearby and investigate the surrounding area. Unaware of what they might expect, one drop of the guard of one of their comrades costs him lives as hell hounds, or a zombified dobermans if one prefers, feast upon him. The rest of them with a little bit of luck find shelter in the nearby mansion, not knowing it was probably better to stay out.
- The Beginning -
You play the entire game with one of the two selectable characters, Chris Redfield, or Jill Valentine. The starting point is the lobby of the mansion the three of you just stepped in (depending with whom you play, the three of you may be three different people). After a short while, the team decides to split and search for any possible survivors or anything useful that may help them break out of this dreadful place. To their amazement, they encountered an enemy they never were trained to confront, zombies, who unless character knows hot to dispose of them, can only be temporarily delayed. Exploring the mansion, you will encounter new places, new enemies, in all new and enhanced graphics to the original Resident Evil game, this ain't no port, it's an enhanced remake. There is only one mission to be considering now, the survival.
The game is largely a remake of the original
Resident Evil for the PlayStation.
