Gabriel returns to St. George's, only to find Grace missing. Read the newspaper and get the note from the cashier. Talk to Mosely about a plan, and tell him that you have a tracking system. Leave the store and go to St. Louis Cathedral.
Enter the far right confession booth, located at the left hand side of the cathedral. Use the snake rod on the knothole, near the right-hand top of the booth (it might be a bit hard to see). The confession booth is actually a private elevator that will take you down to the Voodoo Hounfour, right underneath Jackson square. Place the snake rod and signal device on the bench so Mosely will know where to go, then leave the confession booth. There are 12 rooms in the hounfour, but they are not labeled 1, 2, 3, etc. Like the Wheel-Within-A-Wheel, the rooms are represented by small and large snakes. Small snakes indicate single digits less than five, while large snakes indicate he number five. For example, Room 11 would have two large snakes and one small snake.
Head up to Room 7 and enter. Get the wolf and boar masks, and the matching robes. Leave the room and head into Room 4. Get the black notebook here. Now go to the ceremonial room, which can be reached if you see one on the right side. Once there, use the rada drums to deliver the message Summon, Brother Eagle. With this code transmitted, Dr. John will leave whatever room he is in, and go here. Quickly leave the room through the northeast exit, and go into Room 2. Pick up the keycard hanging on the wall and leave. Go into Room 1 and use the keycard on the control panel to unlock the door.. Here, use the HAND cursor on the money (x3). Now head to Head 11 and unlock the door. Go in and immediately leave Go own to Room 8 and unlock the door.
You see Grace lying on the bed. Use the talisman to wake her up. Mosely comes into the room and discusses with Gabriel what they should do next. They agree that Grace should pretend to be unconscious before Dr. John catches them. When they are done talking, give the boar mask to Mosely and wear the wolf mask. Sure enough, Dr. John comes in and escorts the two of you to the ceremony room. Grace is carried to the ceremonial room and put on the pedestal. After a bit of chanting and dancing, Tetelo makes her move on her. When she does this, use the talisman on her. Enraged, she starts to demand that you give it to her. Piss Tetelo even more by tossing the talisman to Mosely. Shortly, Gabriel will become cursed and walk straight up to Tetelo, where she holds a knife to his throat. A stone idol will raise up from inside the pedestal. Get this and Gabriel will smash it, breaking the curse placed on Tetelo and she becomes Malia. Unfortunately, this causes a huge crack to appear in the floor where Malia is standing, and she ends up hanging on for dear life. You have two options here. Help Malia by giving her a hand, or betray her by using the dagger on here. Either of these actions will result in different endings, but doing the latter won't give you the extra points. |
