Gazillionaire Deluxe includes the existing gameplay of that title and offers the following changes and updates:
- Abilitiy to customize the solar system from a set of pre-existing planets
- There are twice as many spaceships to choose from
- Double the number of "random event" travel encounters
- A new Stock Markets system that lets players invest on a particular planet
- Adjustable intelligence for the computer players
- Play-by-email functionality for multiplayer games
