Average at best.

The Good

A quite attractive concept, that is hard to resist. Fun for the first hour.

The Bad

Gets old quickly. Not very flexible system. Nothing much to do, and it is to easily to find yourself bankrupt.

The Bottom Line

If your intrested in the way large buildings work, this is a game for, but don't expect much detail.
