L'Ordre des Sorciers au pouvoir puisait dans les forces de création pour ses propres besoins, jusqu'à ce que ses guerres réveillent un mal qui le dévasta. Les mages restants furent méprisés et chassés, étant jugés responsables des ténèbres qui avaient envahi les terres. Leurs tours tombèrent une à une, alors que l'empereur Phoebius prenait le pouvoir sous la bannière de l'abolition de la magie. La colère de l'Empire se tourna ensuite vers les races anciennes partageant la nature magique des sorciers. Les tambours de la guerre se font désormais à nouveau entendre et les ombres s'étendent dangereusement...

The reigning Order of Wizards drew upon the forces of creation for their own needs, until their wars awoke a great evil that devastated them.
