Biathlon 2003 is the second part in the Biathlon series and sequel to Biathlon 2002. Like its predecessor it allows you to play the Biathlon on your PC.

Biathlon consists of two elements: cross-country skiing and rifle shooting on a shooting range. The game features a unique mixture of racing and shooting. If you waste too much energy during the race, the shooting parts will become more difficult. There are ten events at the World Cup that can be played. The player can create his own avatar to play with. There's nine different statistics that can be tuned.

The game features commentary by German TV spokesman Wilfried Hark.
