Just Adventure
This is a great game in its own right. It ties up the loose ends nicely from the two prequels and makes for a very satisfactory conclusion. It has a consistency of strength across the board – any weaknesses are relative. In fact, there are aspects such as the commentary that go beyond the usual call of game development. In a nutshell, this is the best game in the series and one of the best adventure games I've played in years.

Adventure-Treff

The Blackwell Convergence is a breath of fresh air amidst a genre that's often stagnant with rehashed ideas and uninspired content. It's certainly a little unusual in an extraordinary way.

Adventure Gamers
Players who want meatier puzzles will find this latest installment to be only light adventuring fare, but if what you like about the genre is story and characters first and foremost, then The Blackwell Convergence further establishes this series as a solid bet to get into.

Adventure Classic Gaming
Among indie adventure games, The Blackwell Convergence stands out for its excellent characters, voice acting, and soundtrack. The style of puzzles is also original, albeit very easy. However, the game's short length prevents it from fleshing out a clearer back story. More importantly, while the game's production is considered excellent when judged against other AGS games, there are elements, such as graphics and length of play, in which the game is considerably surpassed by other contemporary indie adventures.
