The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay

I recently bought this for $20 only to find out it is not compatible on the Xbox 360. I do not own an Xbox. Microsofts list of xbox compatible games has not been updated since November 2007. Will they work on making games compatible again? Is this game worth buying an Xbox for? or should I just sell it and buy the sequel and settle for the in-game port of Escape from Butcher Bay as I've heard it's on there?

From what I remember reading, Microsoft has stopped working on backwards compatibility for the 360. If an original game won't work now then it's probably never gonna' happen.

Go for Dark Athena. Do NOT buy an old Xbox just for this game.

The port on Dark Athena is basically the same, and meant to replace the lack of backward compatibility (source).
