Description

form an alliance aimed at stopping the new Russian superpower...with you as its best hope for success. You will be on a series of missions in an alternate history 1920's Russia, from steal biplanes and shooting down chasers to fighting rabid wolves in the wilderness, you'll fight plenty of different enemies with plenty of weapons.
Codename: Eagle is best described as a first-person combination adventure/shooter with a plot and a backstory. There's multiplayer support with a lot of servers around, lots of big levels to explore and enemies to shoot.

Codename: Eagle is the predecessor to
Battlefield 1942. The original development studio
Refraction Games AB was acquired by
Digital Illusions and some people who worked on Codename Eagle were also involved with Battlefield 1942. The games share similar multiplayer gameplay.
