Cossacks: Back to War is the second standalone add-on to Cossacks: European Wars, adding more nations (Switzerland and Hungary) with new building architecture and new units to wage war across European grounds between the 16th and 18th century.

With the MOD1 patch, a Stefan Hertrich unit was added to the game (accessible via the map editor). He is three times as tall as any other unit, has 300 HP, 150 attack, and 100 defense.
