In order to use these codes, edit the User.ini file so that a open letter is bound to "talk". Then, while in game, hit the Talk key, delete "Say", and then type:
set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True
Then you will be able to enter any of the following codes:

Get All weapons: allweapons
Ammo refill: allammo
Tons of skill points: allskillpoints
Basic Augmentations: allaugs
Refill Health: allheath

1000 extra credits: allcredits
Unlock all images: allimages
