many games start with the first hand pre-dealt but in this game the player starts a new game via a menu bar option

There is in-game help available. It consists of a series of small windows that look like this
The game keeps basic statistics
The game will run in a WIN 3.1 environment but the count of cards in the bottom right does not display properly and there's no way to close the help window
