Description

Fate Axis is a freeware 3D fighting game from Japan, similar to Battle Arena Toshinden and other games, where the characters use weapons besides their standard repertoire of melee attacks. The player selects one of six available fighters to battle against computer or human-controlled opponents on various arenas. There are three attack buttons, and two shoulder buttons to evade incoming attacks that can be combined to initiate special attacks.

There are four modes: the self-explanatory Story Mode with dialog cutscenes between each battle, the Normal Mode with computer opponents, the Versus Mode for two players against each other and the A.I. Mode with light RPG elements, where the skill of the selected character increases with each victory.
