Every now and then a purple "Artefact" appears... ... if you don't grab it in 25 seconds, game over and kiss your progress goodbye. Blood spatters, shell casings, and muzzle flashes are just some of the many graphics features. Designing a character from one of the six classes. Enemies slowly phase in as a red wire frame giving you a chance to get the drop on them. Dead enemies leave behind souls which power certain skills. "Flamer" tries to incinerate you with a flamethrower. Appropriate name then I guess. As you progress, you can choose which of your class specific skills to develop.
