Nightmares Come Alive with a Vengence in
    DreamCatcher's From Dusk Till Dawn

ONLY ONE THING IS CERTAIN: Tomorrow, the Sun Won't Rise for Everyone

E3, Los Angeles, CA (May 17, 2001) The demons of your worst nightmare don't hold a candle to the horrors you will face in From Dusk Till Dawn from DreamCatcher, a fast-growing publisher of PC and console entertainment software with mass appeal. Based on the movie starring George Clooney and Harvey Keitel, this action-packed horror-fest combines sophisticated action with progressive difficulty. Keeping with cult followings, From Dusk Till Dawn is being developed by well-known GAMESQUAD (The Devil Inside) and being written by Hubert Chardot (author of the series Alone in the Dark). In this game, the player plays Seth Gecko, whose aim in this survival horror is to team up with a few improbable human survivors to defeat the high-tech security system of the Rising Sun, a floating converted tanker prison that houses over 600 prisoners, 200 guards and an entire body of administrative personnel.

In order to survive, Seth will need to use his head and his vast arsenal to visit more than 16 rooms/areas that has previously been off limits. To get to the root of his horror, he will need to uncover the malevolent link that binds the two Wilson brothers, the game's antagonist, and destroy plenty of morphing vampires and other biting enemies. Luckily his arsenal is hefty, as Seth has more than 20 weapons to choose among, such as a riot gun, an UZI PM, grenades, a nailing gun, a circular saw, among others. With these, courage, a bit of wit and a gulp of Garlic Soda, he may make it through the night.

    Storyline
Night has fallen on the Rising Sun - a tanker transformed into a high-security jail - as it sails past New Orleans. A helicopter lands. Under the pouring rain, the prison director is finishing his speech to the new inmates. One of the prisoners moves towards him with a strange look in his eyes… Without hesitation, the guards open fire. The bullets go through the convict's chest…He falls to the ground. The guard that fired the shot leans over the body of Clarence Wilson… Two bloodshot eyes stare back at him. He sees only those eyes, as if hypnotised…

With a blood-curdling howl that barely sounds human, Clarence tears off the guard's arm while the horde of other prisoners hurl themselves at the guards… The cell doors open and a bloody mutiny breaks out.

Seth Gecko, sole survivor of From Dusk Till Dawn, was sentenced to death in the place of his brother. He only has 72 hours left to live. He is shivering on death row, listening to the sounds of this gigantic ship…He is innocent, but nobody will believe him. But that's what they all say, right?
