About the novel...
Gonchi (3550), Sep 10, 2007
User AvatarI wanted to reply to Kitsune Sniper's thread, but it's apparently locked for some reason...

Anyhow, I pulled out my own copy of GK:Mysteries and it came with both Novel and GK3: Comic. Comparing it with the Cover Art on file, mine has a small round sticker on the lower left corner that reads "Includes Jane Jensen's Sins of the Fathers Novel", so it seems that there were indeed two different releases. According to GamerZone (http://pc.gamezone.com/gamesell/p13824.htm), the novel was included for a limited time. *shrug*

Both of them should have the GK3: Comic though.

User AvatarOut of interest, how long is the novel? Is it 'really' a novel?

User AvatarYep. According to this and this the novel is around 400 pages in the paperback cover.

Btw, The Beast Within was also novelized.

User AvatarIt's 402 pages to be exact. I'm actually reading it right now (I'm up to chapter 8). The difference between the novelization of Sins of the Father and The Beast Within is that, while Sins follows the events of the game very closely, Beast supposedly changes some things.
