Dank
abwechslungsreicher Levels ist
Der Grinch für Hüpf-Freunde
eine nette Abwechslung.

PC Zone
The game doesn't break any new ground, either visually or in terms of gameplay. It runs relatively smoothly, the puzzles are fairly tricky and the graphics and sound are certainly passable. Moreover, it's almost refreshing not to have to worry about being blown to pieces and know that the most dangerous thing around the next corner is likely to be an over-enthusiastic child. If you're prepared to make some serious concessions to your inner child, then you and the Grinch might form a beautiful friendship. If, however, you're more of a blood-and-gore type of a gamer, you might find yourself thinking 'Yes, this is all very pretty, but where's the light anti-tank gun?'

IGN
Unless there's a patch released to fix the camera/control problems and tone down the seemingly accidental difficulty of some of the challenges, The Grinch isn't quite recommendable. With the aforementioned problems fixed, however, The Grinch could easily surprise you with more than a few hours of wickedly delightful holiday distractions.

Game Over Online
When the Grinch finally realizes the true meaning of Christmas and all is well again in Whoville, this title is simply a dreadful gaming experience. It lacks entertainment, atmosphere, colourful visuals, solid voiceovers, challenging puzzles, a steady camera, good controls, and anything else a game should have. It's gar… gar… garbage. The only thing it has going for it is its name, The Grinch, which kids will instantly fall for after having watched the movie. This holiday season, The Grinch is stealing something alright, but it's not Christmas.

Gaming Age
The Grinch is a boring, repetitive, bad looking platformer that follows the same footsteps as everything released before it, and there is no real reason to give it a look. And if you think your kids might enjoy it, think again; it’s sure to frustrate them to no end. Go pick up Crash Bandicot 3 or Banjo-Tooie, instead.
