The user even has the ability to lead the Texans to victory at the Alamo and change the history of Texas! In addition to unit upgrades, veterans and a group movement system, Alamo has many features that make it unique. Alamo allows for the player to use the environment to his advantage; Units on the tops of walls are dramatically more accurate and deadly. Alamo has a reloading system to depict the slow speed of the firearms in that era. The player can instruct his units to "Hold Fire" until the enemy is at close range, to maximize the damage.
