Si la traduction est à la hauteur, BiT devrait sans nul doute être un très bon soft, le scénario s'avère fort complexe. Cependant il requiert une grosse config pour tourner parfaitement.

Beautiful graphics; strong story line; and a rich soundtrack. In the beginning, it's all too easy to become frustrated by the movement interface. Runs slow on 486s. A good sci-fi yarn with plenty of interesting puzzles; just don't expect to get through it in a weekend.

In this sequel to The Journeyman Project, Gage Blackwood returns as Agent 5 of the Temporal Security Agency. Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time builds on the successful elements of its predecessor while correcting most of its failings. The result is a classic adventure game that rises beyond the original to give the gamers an immersing gaming experience that is rarely found.

Fortunately, once you get past the demanding menu system, it's easy to enjoy The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time's meticulously detailed 3-D-like environments, which include a medieval castle, an Incan temple, and a space station. It's fun, to be sure, but a bit overdone.

Buried in Time also has two modes of play, adventuring mode and walkthrough mode, which makes it very playable for novice adventures. In the walkthrough mode Arthur is much more helpful and some of the puzzles have been omitted or simplified. All in all a very enjoyable game with some interesting puzzles and a thought provoking storyline. Can the human race be trusted not to misuse time travel technology?

Two steps forward, one step back; one step forward, one step back (cha cha cha)... Actually, no, this isn't fancy footwork for a new dance routine. It's a description of the uneven route taken by Presto Studios in designing Buried in Time, a sequel to their futuristic sci-fi adventure, The Journeyman Project. It's also somewhat similar to the path the player will inadvertently take through the game.

If you're a lazy gamer, don't even bother with “Adventure” mode—you'll just hurt yourself. Instead, play "Walkthrough" and enjoy the cinematic feat here. This is an awesome experience whose completion feels a little like finishing a long novel that actually makes you think.
