I’ve first found out about this game at a museum where they had all those popular computer games from various developers. And this one including the Freddi Fish Kelp Seed game, was from a local public library in which we have made a copy of it in 2003. That year (2002), people go to the Science and Technology Museum in Canada to play video games on the museum’s computers, and I still think it is rare and was abandoned a few years later.
