Description
Riki Naoe has lost both his parents when he was a child. His life started to have meaning only after he met a group of youngsters who called themselves "Little Busters", self-described as noble protectors of the weak who fights against evil. One day, Kyosuke Natsume, the leader of the group, asks Riki to find female candidates for an upcoming baseball game. As Riki begins to explore the school and talk to the inhabitants of the dormitories, he discovers that reality has been shifted, and nothing is what it seems...
Little Busters! is a visual novel in which the player reads text superimposed on still anime-style images, and is occasionally prompted to make a decision, putting the storyline on one of the several possible paths. The characters in the game have statistics and sometimes fight each other. These fights are non-interactive, but they play a role in story development: if a characters loses a fight, the player may want to change some of the choices made earlier, so that the character's statistics and subsequent outcome of the fight will be altered.
