Nippon DLC is a small add-on for Magicka and integrates seamlessly with the base game. It was named for the 2011 earthquake/tsunami disaster that struck Japan. Publisher Paradox donated 50% of the add-on's revenue to the Japan Relief Support program. The expansion contains:
  • Kimono robe
  • Katana (Yawarakai-Te - cuts through armor)
  • Bamboo staff
Everything is equipped immediately when you choose the kimono as a costume. In addition, all purchases through Steam before 5th June 2011 received The Conjurer's Cowl for the Demoman in Team Fortress 2.

Magicka: Nippon DLC Windows The kimono robe is available in the character selection screen
Magicka: Nippon DLC Windows Fighting some spiders in the arena with the kimono, bamboo staff and katana.
