Power Drive 2000
The neon racing concept and the soundtrack are similar to the crowd-funded game Power Drive 2000 by MegaCom Games. It is not clear who was first, but the production values of OutDrive, which was released ahead of Power Drive 2000, make it seem as if it a clone of knock-off of Power Drive 2000, although this is unconfirmed and refuted by OutDrive's developer. Someone made the parody site outdrivegame.com mocking the game and the developer in that regard.
