Summary

A good addition to a classic series

The Good

It is Populous revisited! :) The addition of the Shaman (who you channel all your power through) was a great touch. I also enjoy the incidental animations (how the warriors will kneel and worship the Shaman if she passes close by, when people die their ghost floats up to "heaven", etc.)

Software rendering of the game is well done; it looks very nice even without a 3D accelerator

Very fun multiplayer, although the rush move is still very common. *Sigh*

The Bad

Hmm ... not much ...

The Bottom Line

Well worth your time and money if you like the Populous concept, and even if you've never played the first two.
