I can not use steam at all because the internet cable that comes out here only works for browsers. when program look for other servers they can't see us and we can't see them. so steam always says please connect to the internet. 5 of us hardcore games (since there is nothing else to do) bought the orange box and the shop owner is now downloading and burning pirated copies of the games that does not use steam to replace the ones we bought. In the end I suspect that all the gamers in town will get a copy for free just because steam is crap that can not work with the simple email verification method everyone else uses!

PS. There is a server in town that is used for MMOs if the gamers vote and agree on one which we do every now and again

Tell the people at your school to stop blocking Steam.
