Sinnvolle Aufgaben, sogenannte Quests, fehlen bisher völlig, das einzig erkennbare Spielziel heißt "Level 100",. Wer den erreicht hat, kämpft fürderhin vor allem gegen das Gähn-Monster. Schade, denn in der Fighting-Engine steckt eigentlich unendliches Potential. Doch weil die Entwicklung nur noch auf Sparflamme läuft, gleicht The Realm im Moment eher einem Chat-System mit Spielelementen.
